The 39th Annual Picnic at Hanging Rock proved once again that the motoring community is as resilient as the vehicles they drive.

A variety of classics and a total of 25 members turned out on a glorious day for another of Ted's delicious lunches

"How lucky are we?" was a thought many of the Mid-Week Run crew must have had on the last Wednesday in January. Mostly, this had to do with the fact that our first outing of the year wasn't held the previous day, when south-eastern Australia was the hottest place on the planet, with new temperature records set in much of the state.

Once again, it’s hard to believe that another Annual Picnic at Hanging Rock Car Show is upon us. We hope you can join us on Sunday 8th February, gates open at 8:00am

A summary of events held in December

The 2025 Club Awards were presented for outstanding contributions to our club.

The new Watsons Road bridge in Diggers Rest opened to traffic on Thursday, 27 November, significantly improving safety and easing congestion in the area. 

Bleak, yes, that's the word that captured the grey sky and cold westerly that blew along the main drag in as the Mid Week Runners rendezvoused for the November outing.
