October General Meeting & Annual General Meeting 2026

We will meet on Sunday 4th October

The General Meeting will commence at 10:00am followed by the Annual General Meeting 10:30am

After the meeting there will be a barbecue for members.

On the same day, our friends at the Gisborne Vintage Machinery Society (GVMS) have invited MRADMC members

 to be a special part of their special celebration as

Matilda the Steam Roller turns 100 years old,

and they want our vehicles right in the heart of the action!

So come join in the celebrations.

A full agenda and formal meeting notice has been emailed to all members.

At the AGM, in accordance with the Club Constitution, all executive committee positions will be declared vacant and elections conducted for those positions. If more than one nomination is received, elections for the following positions will be held: President; Vice President; Secretary; Treasurer and Membership Officer.

Any member who wishes to nominate for an executive club position is required to lodge a written nomination with the Secretary no later than 30 clear days prior to the AGM. Nomination forms are available from the Secretary upon request. Other Club committee positions are by appointment. If any member wishes to be considered for a committe position, please advise the Secretary or any member of the Executive Committee.
