DESCRIPTION:October General Meeting & Annual General Meeting 2026 We will 
 meet on Sunday 4th October Gates open at 8:30am for Red Plate Inspections 
 with the Coffee Van from 9:00am ($2 per cup) The General Meeting will comm
 ence at 11:00am followed by the Annual General Meeting 11:30am After the m
 eeting there will be a barbecue for members.   A full agenda and formal me
 eting notice will been emailed to all members. At the AGM, in accordance w
 ith the Club Constitution, all executive committee positions will be decla
 red vacant and elections conducted for those positions. If more than one n
 omination is received, elections for the following positions will be held:
  President; Vice President; Secretary; Treasurer and Membership Officer. A
 ny member who wishes to nominate for an executive club position is require
 d to lodge a written nomination with the Secretary no later than 30 clear 
 days prior to the AGM. Nomination forms are available from the Secretary u
 pon request. Other Club committee positions are by appointment. If any mem
 ber wishes to be considered for a committe position, please advise the Sec
 retary or any member of the Executive Committee.
