DESCRIPTION:October General Meeting & Annual General Meeting 2026 We will 
 meet on Sunday 4th October The General Meeting will commence at 10:00am fo
 llowed by the Annual General Meeting 10:30am After the meeting there will 
 be a barbecue for members. On the same day, our friends at the Gisborne Vi
 ntage Machinery Society (GVMS) have invited MRADMC members  to be a speci
 al part of their special celebration as Matilda the Steam Roller turns 100
  years old, and they want our vehicles right in the heart of the action! S
 o come join in the celebrations.  A full agenda and formal meeting notice 
 has been emailed to all members. At the AGM, in accordance with the Club C
 onstitution, all executive committee positions will be declared vacant and
  elections conducted for those positions. If more than one nomination is r
 eceived, elections for the following positions will be held: President; Vi
 ce President; Secretary; Treasurer and Membership Officer. Any member who 
 wishes to nominate for an executive club position is required to lodge a w
 ritten nomination with the Secretary no later than 30 clear days prior to 
 the AGM. Nomination forms are available from the Secretary upon request. O
 ther Club committee positions are by appointment. If any member wishes to 
 be considered for a committe position, please advise the Secretary or any 
 member of the Executive Committee.
