October General Meeting & Annual General Meeting 2025

We will meet on Sunday 12th October

Gates open at 8:30am for Red Plate Inspections 

with the Coffee Van from 9:00am ($2 per cup)

Please note: As detailed at our last meeting, we will be instituting a small charge for coffee

Please make sure you bring a gold coin, no loose change, no notes, no change will be given.

The General Meeting will commence at 11:00am

followed by the 

Annual General Meeting 11:30am

After the meeting there will be a barbecue for members

and 

 Bathurst will be on the big screen.

A full agenda and formal meeting notice has been emailed to all members.

At the AGM, in accordance with the Club Constitution, all executive committee positions will be declared vacant and elections conducted for those positions.

If more than one nomination is received, elections for the following positions will be held: President; Vice President; Secretary; Treasurer and Membership Officer.

Any member who wishes to nominate for an executive club position is required to lodge a written nomination with the Secretary no later than 30 clear days prior to the AGM. Nomination forms are available from the Secretary upon request. 

Other Club committee positions are by appointment. If any member wishes to be considered for a committe position, please advise the Secretary or any member of the Executive Committee.
