DESCRIPTION:October General Meeting & Annual General Meeting 2025 We will 
 meet on Sunday 12th October Gates open at 8:30am for Red Plate Inspections
   with the Coffee Van from 9:00am ($2 per cup) Please note: As detailed a
 t our last meeting, we will be instituting a small charge for coffee Plea
 se make sure you bring a gold coin, no loose change, no notes, no change w
 ill be given. The General Meeting will commence at 11:00am  followed by th
 e  Annual General Meeting 11:30am After the meeting there will be a barbe
 cue for members  and   Bathurst will be on the big screen.  A full agend
 a and formal meeting notice has been emailed to all members. At the AGM, i
 n accordance with the Club Constitution, all executive committee positions
  will be declared vacant and elections conducted for those positions. If m
 ore than one nomination is received, elections for the following positions
  will be held: President; Vice President; Secretary; Treasurer and Members
 hip Officer. Any member who wishes to nominate for an executive club posit
 ion is required to lodge a written nomination with the Secretary no later 
 than 30 clear days prior to the AGM. Nomination forms are available from t
 he Secretary upon request.  Other Club committee positions are by appoint
 ment. If any member wishes to be considered for a committe position, pleas
 e advise the Secretary or any member of the Executive Committee. Cheers Ri

 et and Fun Day event with the Vintage Machinery Club (The Steamies) on Sun
