NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of the
Macedon Ranges and District Motor Club Inc.
will be held on Sunday 6th October, 2024 commencing at 11:00am AEST.
It will be preceded by our usual general meeting commencing at 10:30am
The meeting will be held in the Clubrooms
at 10 Webb Crescent New Gisborne Vic 3438
and will be followed by a catered lunch for members attending.

Under the Club Rules, separate elections are required for the following positions:
President; Vice President; Secretary, Treasurer and Membership Officer.
The following nominations have currently been received:
President – Adam Furniss
Vice President – Ted Delia
Secretary – Richard Stewart
Treasurer – Drew Jessop OAM
Membership – Michael Camilleri
For any member wishing to nominate for a position, nomination forms are available from the Secretary upon request. Nominations must be in the hands of the Secretary no later than seven clear days prior to the AGM. Only financial members of the club shall be entitled to nominate for a Committee position, propose or second a nomination or vote on any resolutions.
Family members are not permitted to nominate other persons comprised under the same family membership. In any vote only one vote per membership type is permitted.
Financial members unable to attend the AGM and wishing to vote may appoint another club member as a proxy. A completed Proxy form must be in the hands of the Secretary no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time of the AGM. Proxy forms are available from the Secretary upon request.
